The Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida will be CLOSED on Tuesday, July 4, to commemorate the Independence Day holiday.
While Governor Ron DeSantis has announced that state agencies will be closed Monday, July 3, in addition to Tuesday, July 4, this closure does not apply to the courts. The Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida follows the Florida Supreme Court’s holiday schedule as approved by the Chief Justice and will remain OPEN Monday, July 3.
