Judge Alison Kerestes is no stranger to the Ninth Circuit. After graduating from law school, she worked in the Ninth Circuit’s Office of the State Attorney for eight years. Following her time as a prosecutor, Judge Kerestes spent several years in private practice, but still felt drawn to a different path.
