On Thursday, April 9th, Chief Judge Don Myers and Circuit Judges Lisa Munyon, John Kest, Leticia Marques, and Bob Leblanc hosted a Virtual Town Hall, using Cisco WebEx, with over 200 members of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA). During the one and a half hour meeting, the Judges fielded an array of questions from OCBA members concerning the impact of COVID-19 on court operations and procedures. The Virtual Town Hall was the first of many meetings scheduled to provide critical information to the legal community.
