Chief Lauten to Hold a Joint Press Conference with Clerk Russell
on Collection Court Writs This Afternoon

Orlando, FL – The Honorable Frederick J. Lauten, Chief Judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, will hold a joint press conference today, September 16, 2015, with Orange County Clerk Tiffany Moore Russell at 2:00 p.m. in the Judicial Conference Room located on the 23rd floor of the Orange County Courthouse. During the press conference, Judge Lauten will announce recent changes to the processing of collection court writs. The Circuit discontinued issuing collection court writs several months ago.
