The Court Resource Coordinator – Communications (Orange County) supports a multitude of media resources within the court’s dynamic communications team with a focus on audio, video, and graphics across digital and print platforms.
The position develops, designs, and produces all of the court’s collateral materials: event announcements, invitations, programs, and online galleries; department brochures, manuals, forms, and guides; circuit signage, newsletters, and annual reports; and educational materials and special project requests. The coordinator also produces graphics, video, and audio content for the court’s website and social media pages. The role is also responsible for recording and creating promotional materials for the court’s podcast and audio profile series; assisting with videography, photography, and live streaming events; and supporting the audio visual engineer.
Candidates must work well independently and under pressure; possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills; meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; and maintain confidential information. The coordinator is required to work early mornings or late evenings on occasion, and have reliable transportation for off-site projects.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in multimedia, media management, or graphic design and 3 years professional experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite, as well as have a working knowledge of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
