Human Resources has the responsibility for personnel administration including employment classification and pay, employee benefits, employee relations, employee records, and employee training and development. In addition, Human Resources supervises the Courtís Volunteer Management Program. Human Resources is also responsible for the Circuitís compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA ) and for the intake and investigation of discrimination complaints filed under the Circuitís Civil Rights Complaint Procedure.
