Human Resources
Human Resources has the responsibility for personnel administration including employment classification and pay, employee benefits, employee relations, employee records, and employee training and development. In addition, Human Resources supervises the Court’s Volunteer Management Program. Human Resources is also responsible for the Circuit’s compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA ) and for the intake and investigation of discrimination complaints filed under the Circuit’s Civil Rights Complaint Procedure.
In order to apply for any position vacancies, please submit a separate, completed State of Florida Application for each vacancy in which you have an interest. You may obtain a State of Florida application from Human Resources at (407) 836-2261, Orange County Courthouse, 425 North Orange Avenue, Suite 510, or you may download an application by using the link above. Please mail your completed application to the address listed for each respective vacancy in which you would like to be considered. Your application must be received by the 5:00 p.m. on the indicated closing date.
Please be advised that prior to an offer of employment an applicant will be required to complete an Information Release form authorizing the Ninth Judicial Circuit Courts to request criminal history record information from the Florida Crime Information Center (FCIC) and National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and to request a review of your driving record from the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. In addition, the selected applicant will be required upon employment to submit to fingerprinting as a condition of employment with the State Courts System for the purpose of requesting criminal history record information from the Florida Crime Information Center (FCIC) and National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
