As complex audio\video systems have become more and more prevalent in courtroom and administrative proceedings, technical support for these systems have become a pressing issue. As a result, in August of 1998, the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida established the Audio/Video Services Department. Since its inception, Audio/Video Services has provided comprehensive technical and production services for the Court and its clientele.

TV\DVD Player Requests

In addition to the services listed above, Audio\Video Services provides TV\DVD players for courtroom use on a first come-first serve basis. Please make requests for TV\DVD players 48 hours in advance of the scheduled court date. Audio\Video Services cannot guarantee fulfilling requests made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled court date.

Audio/Video Services films and produces all court videos in-house. Videos include Juror Orientation, Supervised Visitation, Pre-Court Domestic Matters, Initial Appearances, Court Technology Orientation, and various other presentations. Videos are produced in DVD format.
