Court Administration To Continue Managing Jury Services

ORLANDO, FL — An agreement reached between the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court and the Orange County Clerk of Courts extends Court Administration’s contract to manage and administer jury services through June 30, 2010. Clerk of Courts Lydia Gardner will continue to fund Jury Services and pay jurors, including their meals and lodging when necessary. Jury Services will operate under the supervision and administration of Chief Judge Belvin Perry, Jr., as allowed by law.
