Media Credentials for State of Florida vs. Casey Marie Anthony

Court issued media credentials will be required by all media wishing to enter these designated areas to cover State of Florida vs. Casey Marie Anthony, Case Number 48-2008-CF-015606-O.

1. Courtroom 23 or any courtroom designated as the official courtroom.

2. The media room on the 2nd floor room 230.

3. The media overflow viewing room on the 23rd floor.

Anyone applying for media credentials will be required to submit the form online and prove certain criteria before credentials are granted. *criteria to be listed at a later date

Court issued media credentials will be provided by the Court upon online request. A current color passport photograph over a light background must be submitted with the online media credential form or credentials will not be approved. Please name the file to include your first and last name.

Anyone applying for media credentials understands that a background check will be conducted by the Orange County Sheriff's Department before approval is granted. If you are a foreign correspondent, please input your passport number and issuing country in the fields asking for a driver’s license number and issuing state.

Media credentials must be worn at all times inside the courthouse while covering State of Florida vs. Casey Marie Anthony, Case Number 48-2008-CF-015606-O.

Media credentials may not be transferred to other media personnel in your organization or to any person not in your organization. Transfer will result in loss of access.

Media credentials do not guarantee daily seating in the courtroom or seating in the media overflow room.

Media credentials requests Must Be submitted between March 1, 2011 and March 31, 2011. Credentials may be picked up at Court Administration on the 21st floor beginning the week of May 2nd from 8am-11am or 1pm-4pm. A picture id must be shown to pick up your credential. Each person applying must pick up his/her own credential and will be required to sign that he/she has read and received the rules governing this case.
